Each property has a different program, and some properties do two laps a year, but the purpose is the same, During a muster, the cattle are gathered together from an area and yarded up into either permanent or portable yards. From there, they are drafted (sorted), with sale cattle being sent direct to market or moved to a holding paddock to be sold later.”
