“I have for the first time found what I can truly love–I have found you. You are my sympathy–my better self–my good angel–I am bound to you with a strong attachment. I think you good, gifted, lovely: a fervent, a solemn passion is conceived in my heart; it leans to you, draws you to my centre and spring of life, wrap my existence about you–and, kindling in pure, powerful flame, fuses you and me in one.”
― Jane Eyre

“For books are more than books, they are the life, the very heart and core of ages past, the reason why men worked and died, the essence and quintessence of their lives.”

“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?”

“The lion cannot protect himself from traps, and the fox cannot defend himself from wolves. One must therefore be a fox to recognize traps, and a lion to frighten wolves.”

Hi Aladygma, I'm pleased to meet you and look forward to discussing books with you. If you ever have any questions about any of the titles on my shelves or about eHarlequin and all it has to offer, please ask. I'll be happy to answer. I’ll also update news when I can for example; did you know that in March Silhouette Desires will be putting out their 2000th book? The authors are celebrating with a special blog on eHarlequin.com :).
Thank you! I'll be looking forward to your new books :)
