Sophie van Gool is an economist, author and feminist. She is a weekly columnist for the Dutch Financial Times (Financieele Dagblad) and wrote the book ‘Why Women Earn Less - and What We Can Do About It’ (in Dutch). She is a keynote speaker on the gender pay gap, negotiations, and personal branding, and also has her own podcast. Previously, she worked at Boston Consulting Group as a consultant and was an independent advisor on diversity & inclusion.
