I am a Swedish entrepreneur, change manager, inspirational speaker, and life coach. I am a passionate hiker and have gone on the Camonio de Santiago in Spain two times so far. Love nature, coffee addict and doing yoga.

The idea to write the book book came to me walking the Camino in 2017. The years before I had been very efficient on my way to burnout and in 2015 it just became to much, I did "everything" right, but I got stuck in my emotional prison, didn't know how to reach out for help or process my inner doubts, fears and emotions.
