I am a writer, editor, published author, and sound meditation practitioner.

I’m the author of Citrine Horizon, a soul journey through health trauma, my first book of prose and poetry. My writing also appears in Thought Catalog and SAD Magazine.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the age of twenty-six. After finding out I was cancer-free later that year, I was lost and didn’t know who I was anymore. I went back to my regular life, but this traumatic experience completely changed me.

Through going on a spiritual journey, I discovered my inner voice and embraced my vulnerability. I have studied astrology, attended intuition, tarot, and breathwork workshops, and trained to become a sound meditation practitioner.
