Ann Frederick is a former professional dancer, having grown up in her Mom’s dance studio, she started to dance at the age of 4 and first became a dance instructor at 14. She has practiced manual therapy and movement re-education for over 20 years, specifically in the field of flexibility training, assisted individual stretching, group stretch and dance instruction. Ann graduated from ASU in 1997, where she conducted scientific research that demonstrated more successful outcomes with her technique compared to traditional static stretching.
