For the past five years Rachel has been working on "Free Way: An Adventure Through Loss", an illustrated memoir about a solo road trip she took after going through a divorce and her father’s passing. Rachel’s search for healing took her to all fifty states in the USA, most of our national parks, and twenty other countries. Her hope is that it will become an aid to those going through their own adventure through loss.

Rachel studied Photography at School of Visual Arts (MFA) and Ringling College of Art and Design (BFA). Her work experiences include Santa Fe Photographic Workshops, St. Louis Cardinals, and an Artist-in-Residence with Yellowstone Forever.
