Jacquelyn May has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Communication from Kent State University and is a certifed Mental Health Coach. She is also a member of Christ for All Nations Evangelism Alliance.

She started off in medical education where she was part of building the department of Faculty Affairs for two-start up medical schools. She was the Director of Faculty Affairs at TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine. She then transitioned into the nonprofit sector in development to raise money for the programs for women, children, and families.
