Amanda is a wanderer, a traveller and an observer. Her love of all things new, has led her to travel the world and to find deeper meaning in cultures similar yet different from her own. In recent years she has followed in the footsteps of pilgrims of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, in Spain and Portugal, four different ways, once solo. She draws inspiration from her experiences of travel and working abroad in a variety of different roles from administration, guiding, retail, volunteering and a life changing work experience placement in Kakadu National Park.
