Sean Patrick Byrne is the author of The Psychopomps, his debut work of literary fiction. A former award-winning English teacher in Baltimore, he used his summers off to complete the book. His experiences while living in Cleveland, Boston, Los Angeles and now Charm City provided him with so much inspiration for his writing.

The book’s idea took hold after Sean completed an in-patient rehab program. The writing of it then evolved during his years of teaching and therapy.
