Roger Mais I have not been involved in the reading community in the USA, since I left Jamaica, West Indies. I pick up a book from the library and find I have lost interest half-way through, because of a predictable conclusion or the voice, lectures at me. I enjoy Stephen King. My problem is that I am always writing my novels and find sometimes that the novels I read creep into my reality. I stay with the classics like Shakespeae, Tennyson and the sensory poets. I loved "The Remainder of he Time" I like The Color Purple and non-fiction and I am partiularly interested in biography.
