Shay V. Monroe resides in the Midwest with her husband and two dogs. She has told stories that her family found weird throughout her life, but once she discovered the darker side of romance, she wanted to overlap her love of the creepy and romance. After years of self-doubt and lack of follow-through, she wrote her first novel and fell in love. With the confidence and encouragement from her friends and family, she decided to put her work into the world. When she isn’t escaping from reality with a good book or writing, you’ll probably find her watching a horror movie while eating a gallon of popcorn or at a heavy metal concert with her husband.
