“Yet how can we distinguish ‘The Self’ from ‘The Other,’ when we are The Other, to other people’s Self?”
Ana Maria Santuario, FAITH, In Stories That Change

“The world fudges with your mind, that elusive thing that we know exists, but learn very little about.”
Ana Maria Santuario, FAITH, In Stories That Change

“If you, in this moment, have a secure and safe shelter, as well as ease of access to food and water, then you can consider yourself a lucky human. If you have anything in excess of this, well, consider yourself privileged.”
Ana Maria Santuario, FAITH, In Stories That Change

“Faith, a five letter word that holds the whole world together.”

“I don’t for one second claim to be right. There is no right. That’s what I’d like to make fundamentally clear. No stories are true. No stories hold an answer. No stories are to be believed without some degree of critical digestion.”
Ana Maria Santuario, FAITH, In Stories That Change

“The body is a miracle, is it not? I mean, the fact that we can stand up with balance and walk should be impossible, but it isn’t. Why aren’t we taught this in school, what a miracle it is to stand and walk, not everybody can after all.”
Ana Maria Santuario, FAITH, In Stories That Change
