it was a cool concept, but i wasn’t entirely rooting for the romance. 😔 it just lacked chemistry for me

this author did a fantastic job of developing and navigating the different relationships between every character, not just the romance. you don’t find that often in books nowadays! in fact, i more so loved the familial relationships in the book.
