Roy Holley served in several leadership role at FedEx, including as a Managing Director of Operations and a member of the FedEx Leadership Institute. He left FedEx to establish a leadership group that continues to deliver highly experiential leadership programs that have typically been described as life-changing and the best leadership development in their career by participants.

His leadership development and consulting experience includes corporate, non-profit and academic institutions. Among his international work he served as Director of Business Faculty and Senior Teaching Fellow for the Surrey International Institute in China.
