James Shay is an attorney and financial industry professional residing in the St. Louis area with his wife and two dogs. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Radio-Television-Film major where he wrote and produced fictional films. Seeking a career that involved an even greater talent for working in fiction, he attended St. Louis University School of Law and worked for financial firms in legal, compliance and risk management capacities. Outside Of Normal is his first novel. He is currently working on his next manuscript.
