James Cook



James Cook is an award-winning comedian who started doing comedy shows about board games at the 2014 Edinburgh Fringe. Since 2016, he's been the host of Board Game Smackdown, a live show where comedians play board games badly, and since 2020, it's been streaming on YouTube and Twitch. Don't worry if you haven't seen it; hardly anyone has. The shows are still there if you want to watch them. Some of them are quite good.

James lives in Kings Heath, Birmingham with his family, a cat and a fluctuating number of board games that, one day, he'll get around to playing. ...more
