Marcia Clark is a former LA, California deputy district attorney, who was the lead prosecutor in the O.J. Simpson murder case. She wrote a bestselling nonfiction book about the trial, Without a Doubt, and is a frequent media commentator and columnist on legal issues. She lives in Los Angeles.

I love Lehane but this was not his best Much as I’m a Lehane fan, this story just didn’t work and so the ending didn’t entice to look for more. The writing felt forced, reaching too hard for unusual similes (though I appreciate the effort) and the plo ...more

incredibly beautiful writing - powerful story Lehane does it again. Such eloquent, evocative writing, and such a profoundly resonant story. He is one of the most deeply moving, insightful writers I have ever had the privilege of reading.
