Kenneth M. Jennings was the Richard de Raismes Professor of Industrial Relations at the University of North Florida, where he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in labor relations and human resource management for more than 20 years. An engaging teacher and prolific scholar, he wrote numerous books, including Balls and Strikes: The Money Game in Professional Baseball, and Labor Relations at the New York Daily News. His articles have appeared in the Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Industrial Management, Personnel Journal, Employee Relations Law Journal, and Transportation Journal.
