Nicole L. Montgomery is an Australian author, disability advocate, and operations leader in the NDIS sector. Over years of lived experience—as a carer, frontline professional, and writer—she combines fierce compassion with creative imagination to tell stories that uplift, challenge, and connect.

Under the pen name Nicole L. Daffurn, she launched into fiction writing while living on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Her debut novel Destinata appeared in late 2013, followed by The Darkness Within, Courageous Souls, and numerous short stories and anthology contributions.
