Jane Barrie has now published three novels and a full length play. Her second novel, 'The Emperor Reversed' was long listed for the prestigious Mslexia Novel Prize 2024 and remained 'comfortably on the yes pile' for the short list up to the last moment. Jane also submitted her play "Invisible' to the BBC Writers' Room where it made it through to the final 10% of thousands of submissions. Both of these significant achievements are indications that Jane's work has been recognised by industry professionals as being of some interest to say the least. She is determined to keep writing so her work reaches as wide an audience as possible!
