David Blum, geboren 1983 in Potsdam, studierte Germanistik, Komparatistik und Medienwissenschaft in Potsdam und Leipzig. Masterstudium am Deutschen Literaturinstitut Leipzig. Er veröffentlichte Prosa in Zeitschriften und Anthologien und erhielt diverse Preise und Stipendien. Sein Debütroman KOLLEKTORGANG (Beltz & Gelberg) wurde mit dem Peter-Härtling-Preis 2023 ausgezeichnet. Schreibt auch Reiseführer (Reise Know-How, E. A. Seemann) und Gebrauchstexte (Zweitausendeins). Lebt mit seiner Familie in Leipzig.
