Dr. Kirk Sinclair, aka Humanity Hiker, uses his passion for long-distance hiking as a platform to write, sing and speak about the links between health and our quality of life.
He currently is working on a series titled "Journeys with an Expedition Woman," featuring his wife's pursuit of her hiking passion despite being afflicted with Alzheimer's. His Goodreads blog centers on these writings.
He also plans to rework his former book "Systems out of Balance" into an expanded series titled "The Virtues of Being Uncivilized." His research for this will be the basis for his future Goodreads reviews.
