Emily Agnew is an author based in rural Western Australia. Born in 2001 and growing up on a farm in the Wheatbelt region; one’s imagination must be vivid to keep themselves entertained. As a horsey girl, Emily found her passion of reading through horse books and having read every book in the library that mentioned horses, Emily picked up a fantasy novel for the first time, and the rest is history.
During senior school, Emily decided to test her abilities and see if she could write a novel. She discovered that not only could she write a novel, but she absolutely loved it and decided that becoming an author would be her career goal. And so, after thinking, plotting and structuring an entire storyline, “Where Monsters Hide” was born.
