She held various executive positions in the corporate world, prior to following her true passion in helping organisations to succeed through Innovation and creativity, sparked through QueO being nominated as a finalist in the Sunday Times FNB Enablis business entrepreneur competition.

Maggie has mirrored her passion for creativity into her personal life and has published this fantasy fiction novel set in the Cradle of Humankind.
