Katie Bowler is the author of State Street. She has published fiction, non-fiction, and poetry in Alternative Medicine, Louisiana Literature, The Double Dealer Redux, Louisiana Life, The Times-Picayune, New Orleans magazine, For Immediate Release, and other publications. Katie is the assistant dean for communications at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. She was previously senior manager for communications at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, where she was editor of the award-winning Global Health magazine.
