“In astrology, when we use the words "it works" we have to be very careful. When an astrologer says that something "works", we always have to ask the question, "In what context does it work?" What are the surrounding factors necessary for it to "work"? Whenever I definitively state that an astrological factor is effective in concretely describing some reality within the observable world, it should always be assumed that this statement is followed by the caveat of "within a chart that denotes the same". In order for anything in astrology to "work", the chart within which that factor is found also has to be in harmony with the specific combination under consideration.”
