I've often said that I feel books have saved my life. They've been my sanctuary since I first learned to read. In September 2011 my book, Shut Up & Dance!, was published by Tarcher/Penguin. Having a book out in the world is the most staggeringly wonderful thing that has ever happened to me. And yes, it really feels like it "happened to me". I wrote it; I put in the hard work, but the realization of this particular lifelong dream feels like pure grace.

JAMIE ROSE has been a professional actor for more than thirty-five years.
