Cathe Olson is the Access Services Coordinator at a California university library. She is the author of Simply Natural Baby Food and The Vegetarian Mothers Cookbook, and Lick It! Creamy Dreamy Vegan Ice Creams Your Mouth Will Love. Cathe has had articles published in national magazines such as Mothering, VegFamly, Vegetarian Voice, and Natural Awakenings.
She is also active in her support of libraries and writers. Cathe was the director of the Central Coast Writers Conference and has served on the boards of the Central Coast Book and Author Festival, Friends of the Nipomo Library, and SLO Nightwriters.
