je slovenský spisovateľ s bohatou publikačnou činnosťou v slovenskom, českom a poľskom jazyku. Pochádza z obce Vyhne, ale už od detstva žije v neďalekej Banskej Štiavnici. Po ukončení štúdia na gymnáziu v roku 1992 prešiel rôznymi povolaniami od člena strážnej služby až po vedúceho kina.

Od roku 2005 je profesionálnym spisovateľom a publicistom.

Knižne debutoval v roku 1993, odvtedy vydal vyše dve desiatky kníh, väčšinu z nich v češtine.
Presadil sa ako autor historickej fantasy so slovanskými motívmi.

Dvojdielny román Bivoj umiestňuje príbehy zo Starých povestí českých do reálneho priestoru a kontextu na sklonku 7. storočia.

Trilógia Bohatier sleduje osudy hrdinov ruských bylín počas výbojov kyjevského kniežaťa Svjatoslava.
