Jessica Cotton is a Christian author and trauma-informed therapist in the heart of Nashville, TN. The idea for her debut book, Becoming Her, was born in 2019 when Jessica began her own season of intentional healing through counseling, artistic expression, and spiritual disciplines. Soon after, Jessica embarked on her journey to becoming a clinically trained Licensed Professional Counselor. Today, Jessica specializes in treating trauma and OCD with emphases on faith, identity, sexuality, anxiety, and family of origin issues.
