Michael T. Flynn



Michael Flynn is a chartered accountant and practises in the areas of commercial law, revenue law and trusts. He is a past Chairman of the Victorian division of the Taxation Institute Of Australia and is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners.

He is the co-author of two books, Death and Taxes, a book about the tax consequences of death, and Drafting Trusts and Will Trusts in Australia. Both books are published by Thompson. He is also the editor of the Revenue Law title of the Laws of Australia.
