Marc J. Lipman started writing several eons ago, but he put it aside “briefly” to spend most of those eons as a Professor of Mathematics (yes, you can call him Doctor) and university administrator (you can also call him Fool). Doctor Lipman spent some years running a research program for the US Navy. He denies accepting gratuities for teaching students to juggle. He categorically denies making more than pin money playing piano in bars. Rumors of his work on stage are greatly exaggerated, and it was all amateur anyway. He has completed the "Astral Chariot" tetralogy—all of which will be published within the next year—and is working on a standalone novel set in the same future. He dislikes social media because he knows just enough about it. B
