Née en Pologne, Agnès Gruda a vécu en France avant d’immigrer au Québec, à l’âge de douze ans. Journaliste, elle est entrée à La Presse en 1986. Elle a occupé les fonctions d’éditorialiste pendant dix ans, avant de se tourner vers les grands reportages. Elle occupe depuis le printemps 2010 le poste de chroniqueuse spécialisée dans l’actualité internationale et a remporté au Concours canadien de journalisme en 2014 le prix de la catégorie "international", avec Michèle Ouimet, pour leur reportage sur les salafistes. Sa première oeuvre de fiction, le recueil de nouvelles Onze petites trahisons, a été finaliste au Prix du Gouverneur général. ...more
