Brook Merrow grew up on the coast of Maine. She has taught writing at the middle school, high school, and college levels. Originally a journalist, her work has appeared in various regional publications. She loves irreverent humor, tasteless movies, a twist of irony, and exercise of any kind. Brook and her husband, Hy Adelman, split their time between an airplane hangar in Idaho and a home in Maine.
