Anjel Reyes is a queer Filipino author based in California, where she shares a cozy apartment with her wife and their two chaotic orange cats, Fred and George. When she’s not working her day job (surviving capitalism), she tries to immerse herself in books, writing (more likely staring at a blinking cursor and daydreaming), or enjoy the delightful chaos of Ryan and Shane’s shenanigans on Watcher and true crime deep dives with Stephanie Soo’s Rotten Mango.

Despite being a self-proclaimed homebody, she still attempts (key word: attempts) to step outside and soak up some sunshine. She finds joy in hiking, camping and coffee dates, preferably somewhere with good pastries and even better conversation.
