HI PAST SELF, I MUST HAVE ASKED THIS AFTER A FEW GLASSES OF WINE.

So, I'll answer this like it's a real question because of course I will --

Favorite starship is the Normandy from Mass Effect. My favorite pirate ship is the Black Pearl. And my favorite fandom ship IS THE BEST FANDOM SHIP IN THE UNIVERSE. IT SET SAIL AND WILL FOREVER BE ENGRAINED INTO THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF--

Ahem.

Canonically? Victuri (Victor/Yuri from the anime Yuri!!! on Ice). But if we're talking OTP material, I will forever go down with the Hermione/Draco ship. Because of course I would.

But if we're talking about *my* books, past me? My favorite spaceship is the Dossier from Heart of Iron, my favorite pirate ship is the one Roman and Junie put-puts on from The Sound of Us, and my favorite OTP will forever be Frank the Tank/Chimichangas from Geekerella.(less)

Quotes by Ashley Poston  (?)

“I loved how a book, a story, a set of words in a sentence organized in the exact right order, made you miss places you’ve never visited, and people you’ve never met.”
Ashley Poston, The Seven Year Slip

“Nothing lasts forever. Not the good things, not the bad. So just find what makes you happy, and do it for as long as you can.”
Ashley Poston, The Seven Year Slip

“Sometimes the people you loved left you halfway through a story. Sometimes they left you without a goodbye. And, sometimes, they stayed around in little ways. In the memory of a musical. In the smell of their perfume. In the sound of the rain, and the itch for adventure, and the yearning for that liminal space between one airport terminal and the next. I hated her for leaving, and I loved her for staying as long as she could. And I would never wish this pain on anyone.”
Ashley Poston, The Seven Year Slip
