Strengthening their life force physically, emotionally and spiritually. Jennifer does not believe this style of parenting happens by default but rather that it requires both commitment and stamina.
Her two recent books include “Ticklish – New Ways to Help Your Child Learn, Love and Play” and “Lunchbox Solutions” a digital book written with Therese Kerr and Chef Kate Mc Aloon.
There are days where we all can feel squeezed by life (and our little companions) and Jennifer can see great value in establishing a safe environment for parents to make connections with other families. This reminds us all, that we are only human after all, that we are not infact “superheroes” and that community spirit is alive and well. Together as parents this enables us to raise a generation of conscientious and empowered young individuals.
