The third of four children, Vincent Brooks was born in the USA in 1973. From a young age, he was interested in reading and sports. During his high school years, he excelled at basketball and was given a college scholarship. Unfortunately, an accident finished his basketball career. He took up his other passion again and became an avid reader and writer.

Nowadays, Vincent Brooks is a short story author, novelist, and book reviewer. His influences include Ernest Hemingway, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Mark Twain. When he is not writing, he is most likely spending time with his wife and kids, hiking with friends, or reading in a park.
