Lenka Lanczová je česká spisovatelka románů pro mládež. Od roku 1987 pracuje v městské knihovně ve Slavonicích.

Patří k našim nejproduktivnějším a nejčtenějším spisovatelům. Hlavní hrdinou jejích knih je většinou dospívající dívka, která řeší své problémy s mezilidskými vztahy, často protože je nějakým způsobem odlišná od svého okolí. Autorka ve svých knihách píše o mladých nejen pro mladé. Z jejích knih čiší jakési ponaučení, to je však naprosto přirozené. Mladí lidé je tak nevnímají jako pokus o mentorování.

Každý rok vydává průměrně 3 až 4 knihy a dosud vydala přes 50 knih. V anketě Moje kniha obsadila 1. místo mezi českými spisovateli a 3. místo celkově. Čtyři její knihy se umístily v první stovce absolutního pořadí a 15 knih mezi prvními ...more
