Vural Savaş (b. August 21, 1938, Antalya), Honorary Chief Public Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeals, Turkish jurist, writer.

He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He started his career as an Ankara Judge candidate in 1972. He served as Aralık and Gülnar judges and as the Criminal General Assembly of the Supreme Court of Appeals Investigation Judge. He was elected as a member of the Supreme Court of Appeals on November 7, 1987. He was elected as an alternate member of the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors in 1990 and as a full member of the HSYK in 1993; he resigned from this position in March 1994 because he could not accept some of the appointments and elections made during the period when Seyfi Oktay was Ministe Vural Savaş (b. He was elected as the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeals by Süleyman Demirel on January 17, 1997 from among the candidates nominated by the Grand General Assembly of the Supreme Court of Appeals. He retired voluntarily on January 19, 2001. He later settled in Antalya. He is married and has three children. He was a columnist in Sözcü Newspaper.

During the February 28 process, Refah Party later filed lawsuits to close down Fazilet Party.

Ankara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesini bitirdi. 1972'de Ankara Hakim adayı olarak mesleğine başladı. Sırasıyla Aralık ve Gülnar hakimliği ile Yargıtay Ceza Genel Kurulu Tetkik Hakimliği görevlerinde bulundu. 7 Kasım 1987'de Yargıtay üyeliğine seçildi. 1990 Hakimler ve Savcılar Yüksek Kurulu yedek üyeliği ve 1993 yılında HSYK asıl üyeliğine seçildi; Seyfi Oktay'ın Adalet Bakanı olduğu dönemde yapılan bazı atamalar ve seçimleri içine sindiremediği için bu görevinden Mart 1994'te istifa etti. Yargıtay Büyük Genel Kurulunca gösterilen adaylar arasından 17 Ocak 1997 tarihinde Süleyman Demirel tarafından Yargıtay Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığına seçilmiştir. 19 Ocak 2001 tarihinde kendi isteğiyle emekliye ayrılmıştır.Daha sonra Antalya'ya yerleşmiştir. Evli ve üç çocuk babasıdır. Sözcü Gazetesinde köşe yazarlığı yaptı.
