Ike Rose writes historic erotic romance fiction, usually taking place during the decades before and after the Stonewall Riots, which he thinks were the Golden Days of Gay Liberation. It is the period when he himself came out. He lives with his lover of twenty-nine years in Brooklyn, NY. Ike insists that his successful long-term relationship is his main inspiration in writing romance fiction. Like most of his characters, Ike and his partner both grew up in
Brooklyn working-class homes.They both serve Milo, the Rottweiler dominetrix.
