Nata ad Alessandria, Benedetta si laurea in Lettere moderne a Milano e diventa giornalista professionista. Ha curato la pagina dello spettacolo di Studio Aperto fino al 2008, anno in cui ha ideato la sua rubrica “Cotto e mangiato”. Dal 2011 al 2013 è stata protagonista indiscussa nelle case degli italiani con “I Menù di Benedetta” su LA7. Nel 2013 inizia la sua avventura con BakeOff Italia e i successivi spin-off BakeOff Celebrity e Junior BakeOff.
