Jeff “The Roadkill Man” Eberbaugh is a self-published author and humorist from Elizabeth, West Virginia, best known for his Roadkill Cooking series. A registered nurse by trade, Eberbaugh first gained attention with his 1991 book Gourmet Style Roadkill Cooking, followed by a wildly successful second volume in 1992. After a 25-year break, he returned with Volume III Hillbilly Style Roadkill Cooking – "It’s Not for Breakfast Anymore." Known for his quirky humor and nostalgic wild game recipes, Eberbaugh has sold over 275,000 books.
