S.L. Hayes lives in western Canada with his wife and their beloved black cat, where he spends his days imagining new worlds and the characters who bring them to life. He has known for as long as he can remember that he was meant to write. Storytelling has always been his way of exploring emotion, humanity, and the hidden layers beneath everyday life.

A lifelong creator, Hayes is passionate about fiction in all its forms.
