Martyn Newman Ph.D., D.Psych., is a Consulting Leadership & Emotional Intelligence Psychologist.

As MD of RocheMartin, he has led leadership development and management programmes across the world for clients such as Deloitte, Mars, Network Rail, Exxon Mobil and Quiksilver.

His tangible approach to leadership emotional intelligence can be found in his bestselling book, Emotional Capitalists.

Martyn is the visiting fellow on leadership at Sheffield Hallam University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Sydney and holds an M.A. from GTU at the University of California, Berkeley, a Masters of Psychology, and a Doctor of Psychology from La Trobe University, Melbourne.
