Russel Frans was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Spokane, WA in 2016 with his wife and son. He has been a creative writer for most of his life, but he has not chosen to step into the world of novel publication until Victory and Death, in 2024. When he is not using what shreds of free time he has to write, he enjoys board games, reading, and the beautiful distinction between the four seasons offered by the Inland Northwest.
