Cameron Beach is a DC-based speechwriter, storyteller, and voracious book reader. After years of tearing through YA novels herself, she thought, Why not write my own? She's always been curious about what happens to our growth as we experience intense emotions like guilt, love, and loss. Beach has written her debut novel, The Jigsaw Project, to explore all those feelings — and to scratch her own itch for telling stories.

When she isn’t writing, Beach often spends her time running, cooking, drinking too much coffee and – though she doesn’t like to admit it – watching bad reality TV.
