Raymond N. Strack is an author and English teacher from the Midwest who loves high fantasy, horror, and science fiction. He studied Creative Writing at the University of Kansas and taught ESL in South Korea for several years. His screenplays for the short films Mal-Adjusted and Picklers both won Best Screenplay in the Tallgrass Take36 film race in 2023 and 2024, respectively. He currently lives in Dallas, Texas, where he teaches middle school English. The Call of the Orb is his first novel.
