It is a fantastic, state-of-the-art library, with a vast children's section. Imagine our delight when we saw our book - Fred & Fiona Flea: The Crown Jewels Caper - on the shelf?! What fun!

I loved this book. It reveals the fate of the Guernsey islanders during the nazi occupation of WWII. Probably something not many people actually would think about.. Anyway, the story is written with humor and warmth. I was excited to continue to get to know each character. A darn good read.
